Carlos Ferreira da Silva is a PhD candidate in Law at Lusophone University. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Lusophone University - Porto University Center, and he obtained a Master's degree in Legal and Criminal Sciences from the same institution. Additionally, he serves as a Monitor at the Faculty of Law and Political Science and as a Science Manager at the Centro de Estudos Avançados em Direito Francisco Suárez
