António Neves Pereira holds a Law degree and a Master's degree in Law and Legal Science – specializing in Commercial Law – from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lisbon. In 2023, he published his first legal book titled "Estudos Diversos de Direito" (Various Studies of Law). He is currently pursuing a PhD in Law, specializing in Private Law, at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Lusófona de Lisboa, where he is a Guest Lecturer in the courses of General Theory of Civil Law and Law of Obligations. He is also an associated researcher at the Francisco Suárez Center for Advanced Legal Studies (CEAD) and a trainee lawyer.
