António Neves Pereira holds a Law degree and a Master’s degree in Law and Legal Science—specializing in Commercial Law—from the University of Lisbon School of Law. In 2023, he published his first legal book, titled *Estudos Diversos de Direito* ("Miscellaneous Studies in Law"). He is currently pursuing a PhD in Law (Private Law specialization) at the Lusófona University School of Law, where he serves as a Guest Assistant Lecturer. He is an associate researcher at the Francisco Suárez Center for Advanced Legal Studies and a practicing lawyer.
