
Nuno Castro Marques
Nuno Castro Marques is Doctor in Law, Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the Lusófona University of Porto and sub-director of the ULP Law Review.
He has a degree in Law from the Oporto Law School of the Portuguese Catholic University; a post-graduation in European Studies from the Institute of European Studies of the Catholic University of Louvain; a Master in Legal and Community Sciences from the University of Coimbra Law School and a PhD in Law from the Oporto School of the Portuguese Catholic University Law School.
Full time Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the Universidade Lusófona do Porto and part time Visiting Professor at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Porto and at the Oporto School of the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University. He is sub-director of the ULP Law Review and health editor of the Competition & Regulation Journal.
He works in the areas of economic law, European and international law and health law, with a special focus on competition law; regulation; health regulation and European and European Union law.
Coordinator of the research line Law Beyond Borders of the Francisco Suárez Center for Advanced Studies in Law (CEAD – Francisco Suárez).
