Ana Isabel Sousa Magalhães Guerra

Ana Isabel Sousa Magalhães Guerra, graduated in Law from the Catholic University of Porto in 2003, Lawyer since 2006, Master in Commercial Law since 2009 by the same faculty, Doctorate in Law from the Law School of the University of Minho in Legal-Privatistic Sciences in 2019, is a Lawyer and Assistant Professor in the Graduation and Master in Law at the Lusófona University – Porto. She also collaborates, occasionally, in the Master’s Degree in Law and Informatics at the University of Minho and is a Collaborating Researcher in the research line of JUSGOV E Tec at the University of Minho, in which she is currently part of the Artificial Intelligence project.

Previously she was an Adjunct Professor in the Licentiate’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Law, Master’s Degree of which she was also Sub-Director in the School of Technology and Management of the Polytechnic Institute of Porto and was Assistant Professor in the Law Degree of the Portucalense University in Porto. In 2011 she was the winner of an Honourable Mention in the Professor Doutor Manuel de Andrade Prize, organised by the Estarreja City Council. She has some publications in the area of copyright: intellectual and industrial property in particular with regard to audiovisual works and their technological innovations, data protection, gamification in an educational context, teleworking in a covid 19 context and in civil procedural law. She has organised and participated in some international and national conferences and webinars in which she was an organiser and speaker.
