Alberto José Lança de Sá e Mello holds a Ph.D. in Law and is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Law of Lusófona University in Lisbon. He has taught 47 postgraduate and master's courses, published 33 articles in specialized journals in Portugal, Spain, Brazil, and Morocco, authored 20 book chapters, and published 15 books. He has 33 items of technical production. He has participated in 60 events in Portugal and abroad, all as a keynote speaker. He has served as a legal consultant to companies, business associations, and the Confederation of Commerce and Services of Portugal since 1984. He has been practicing law since 1983, primarily in the fields of Civil Law, Labor Law, Business Law, and Copyright Law. In his professional activities, he has collaborated with 23 colleagues on co-authored scientific works.
