PRESENTATION – DE LEGIBUS

De Legibus – Revista de Direito/Law Journal was born as the journal of the Faculty of Law of the Lusófona University (Lisbon). It has grown as a scientific journal of national scope and distribution, in print, and now intends, in its re-edition under the CEAD seal, to reaffirm itself as an international journal.

Seminar: Current Issues in Law – The Fundamentals of Competition Law

The main objective of this seminar, organised in the context of the 2nd Cycles of Studies in Law of the Lusófona University of Porto, is to debate “Current Issues in Law”. Different themes will be approached, based on the three areas of the Masters in Law existing in the ULP: Legal-Corporate Sciences, Legal-Publicistic Sciences and Legal-Criminal Sciences.

Call for Papers – ULP LAW Review

The Editorial Board of the renewed Lusófona University Law Review (ULP Law Review), with the purpose of promoting the dissemination of excellence in scientific production in the different areas of Law, is pleased to announce that there is an open deadline for the submission of doctrinal articles and other original texts, dealing with issues of special relevance and timeliness for Law, with a view to their publication (in physical and online format) in the next issue of the journal, in July 2021.

Seminar: Current Issues in Law

The permanent seminar, organised in the context of the 2nd Cycles of Studies in Law of the Lusófona University of Porto, has as its main objective to debate “Current Issues in Law”.
