Rui Pedro Costa Lopes graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lisbon in 2001. He is a lawyer, currently with his registration at the Bar Association suspended at his request. He has held various roles in Local Authorities and currently serves as the Data Protection Officer at EMEL, EM, S.A.
