Mário Nuno Alves de Sousa Neves holds a PhD from the ULP in Political Science, Citizenship and International Relations, a member of the Staff of Millennium BCP, and, since December 1997, has been a Permanent Councilor of the Municipality of Maia, with responsibility for Culture, Territorial Planning, Mobility and Transport, Security, Municipal Police and Civil Protection. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan Parking Company and lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the Universidade Lusófona, Centro Universitário do Porto. He has works and articles published in the areas of Political Science, International Relations and Culture and is responsible for numerous projects related to civic participation within the scope of decision-making processes in the universe of public policies. His preferred areas of interest are Political Science, International Relations, Human Rights and Citizenship, IA.
