Lurdes Vargas is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law of Lusófona University in Lisbon. She earned her Ph.D. in Private Law with a multidisciplinary thesis that incorporates Civil Law, Law of Obligations, Contract Law, Marketing & Communication, and Sports Law. Her interests and research are centered around these areas, as well as Advertising Law and Intellectual Property Law.
