Frederico de Assis Faria is a lawyer registered with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) since the year 2005. Currently pursuing a doctorate in Law at Lusófona University in Porto, with a full scholarship. He holds a Master's degree in Law. Additionally, he is a regulated Official Auctioneer by the Junta Comercial de Minas Gerais. Frederico has served as the Attorney General of the Municipality of Mariana/MG and worked as a Substitute Registrar at the Office of Real Estate Registration in Lagoa Santa/MG. He has held the position of Coordinator of the Postgraduate Course in Notarial and Registry Law at CEDIN - Center for Studies in Law and Business and has been a Professor of Civil Law - Contracts at the Federal University of Minas Gerais. Frederico has also served as the President and Vice-President of the Notarial and Registry Law Commission of OAB/MG and was a member of the Special Commission on Notarial and Registry Law of the Brazilian Bar Association at the federal level.
