Carlos Alberto Conde da Silva Fraga is a graduate in Law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Coimbra, holding a Master's degree in Law in the area of Legal and Political Sciences from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. He has a Postgraduate degree in Judicial Journalism from Lusófona University. He earned a Doctorate in Law from the Department of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Seville and completed postdoctoral studies at the Higher Institute of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Lisbon. He is a judge with over 20 years of experience. He was a former trainer at the Bar Association and a university lecturer. He has published nine books, with the latest being "The Judicial Power and the Problematics of its Regionalization," published by Ed. Arandis with the support of the Manuel Teixeira Gomes Higher Institute. Additionally, he has various articles published in Portuguese and Spanish journals.
